The Overlords

From publisher blurb: The villainous Overlords are dangerous super-criminals on their own, but their ability to commit crime and unleash destruction multiplies when they work together! Even worse, the missions that Blackguard (PL 9), Disruptor (PL 7), Fallout (PL 8), Feedback (PL 9), and Vortex (PL 10) are sent on are secretly part of Hauptman Klaue's greater schemes for world domination!
