The Original Wing Commander RPG

User summary: The Original Wing Commander RPG adapts a series of videogames published by Origin to a traditional table-top role-playing game. The implementation is faithful to the flavor of the video games and thus the primary focus of combat is small ship-to-ship dogfights. The rules do provide for person-to-person combat but the options are limited in this regard. The game's setting is derived from several of the video games in the series, not a single title.
