Publisher's blurb: The player characters find themselves on the Old Road heading north, using the very same path the earliest of explorers and settlers. Their destination, unless you choose to substitute your own, is the Hamlet at the Pass, a small village nestled in the crags of an ancient holy site. Along the way, the party finds themselves intercepted by a party of mutant raiders, eager for an easy prize- ill tidings of woes to come. A bruised and battered party finds themselves at a crossroads, with the choice to carry on, leaving others behind, or come to a valiant rescue. Either way, they come to a grotesque discovery, and must overcome a mysterious threat before continuing on their way to their destination.
