Introduction: How to use the book and a list of series and books for inspiration. Chapter 1 "Sleeping with the Enemy": Reveals how subversive and subtle bloodsuckers are and how firm their grasp of mortal institutions is. Chapter 2 "Awakened from the Nightmare": Explores a possible first contact. Chapter 3 "Dead but Hopeful": Gives a hint of the vampires take on immortality. Chapter 4 "The Nightmare is Real": "Sleeping with the Enemy" part two from vampire perspective. Chapter 5 "A Nest of Vipers": "Awakened from the Nightmare" part two from vampire perspective. Chapter 6 "Better Judgment": "Dead but Hopeful" part two from vampire perspective. Chapter 7: Storyteller only chapter. It explains in detail how to portray vampires.
