From the introduction: This work is meant to be a compendium of Athasian faiths. It may be inconsistent with Earth, Air, Fire and Water in some ways such as the names/likenesses of some Inner planes. This net project is tied to the old elemental scheme originally presented in the Manual of the Planes and later in Planescape.
