The Marvelous City: A Guide to 1930s Rio

From publisher blurb: A Cidade Maravilhosa! Rio de Janeiro — “The Marvelous City”. A tropical get-away from the rest of the world. A place of music and dance, jungled mountains and pristine white beaches. A place where Catholicism mixes uneasily with African animism and magic, where slickly-dressed con artists roam the streets and capoeira gangs fights for their turf. The Marvelous City is a 90 page guide to a pulp action 1930s Rio for the Ubiquity role playing system. It includes an overview of the city and its culture, as well as new rules for capoeira and for “macumba”, and an adventure set in Rio.
