The Markoss Dossier

From publisher blurb: The planet Tymersin is ruled by the despot Markoss V, a long-lost heir to the throne that popped up sometime after the last war between the interstellar government and its rival. But the story doesn’t quite add up with a historical researcher who’s convinced that Markoss’ origins are not as they’ve been portrayed and obtains the proof. But the data goes missing and it’s up to the PCs to locate and make sure the researcher gets hold of it. They quickly find themselves in a race against time versus the tyrant’s state security service and a mysterious figure who’s willing to do whatever it takes to complete their mission. The Markoss Dossier is a short adventure for 2D6 science fiction RPGs such as Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game (OSFRPG.)
