The Many Deaths of Dr. Livingstone

User summary: The game uses a dice roll to determine which player moves first; otherwise the game is entirely a narrative development between players. All players share a single character - the spirit of the recently-deceased Dr. David Livingstone. The shared goal of the players is to progress Dr. Livingstone's spirit through various stages so it can depart for the afterlife instead of remaining in an indeterminate state.
