From the introduction: The Lord of Lost Heart pits the PCs against the forces of Nurgle in the prosperous village of Hohlesbruck. Two families, the wealthy Faulebrands and the noble Verlorens, are engulfed in the machinations of the Fly Lord, and the ties of affection and blood are too strong for any but an outsider to reach the bottom of the plot. The players will have to use both brains and brawn to survive, and in the process, will witness how Chaos can subvert even the noblest of sentiments.
