The Kobold Caper

Publisher's blurb: There's a stench in the air in Waterdeep. Above the normal scents of an urban hub like the City of Splendors, the city is alive with smells of open sewers and soot as Kobolds, unsatisfied with their place in big people society, have taken to the streets! What do they want? Justice! When do they want it? Now! A confrontation between the police and the kobolds seems inevitable. The only question is which side will you take? The Kobold Caper is the first part of the Tiny Justice trilogy, but can act as a stand-alone adventure for any characters exploring the city of Waterdeep. An adventure for characters level 1-4.
