The Kheufer Scrolls (Second Edition)

From publisher blurb: It’s the stuff that nightmares are made of. A strange cargo has entered the city of Everthorn. These ancient scrolls tied to a mythical necromancer have drawn many to them, some seeking power, some seeking wealth, and some simply seeking to slake their curiosity. You are drawn for another reason. That doesn’t matter—all of you are deceived. When is anything ever what it appears to be on its face? Someone is playing a game, and no one knows who’s the player or who’s the played. With you caught caught right in the middle. The Kheufer Scrolls is a 64-page PDF presenting an adventure for Sword Noir: A Role-Playing Game of Hardboiled Sword & Sorcery (Second Edition) for two to six starting characters. The adventure includes six pre-generated characters. While the adventure does not require the use of Sword Noir, the narrative characters and some situations are based on that system and would require modification to use with another.
