The Kambian

From publisher blurb: The kambian are a race of tall and skinny amphibious humanoids who can secrete a psionic poison through their skin. This psychotoxin causes all who come in contact with it to have horrific and dizzying visions of multiple possible futures. As curious about others as they are secretive about themselves, the kambian are a perfect race for someone who wants to play psionic character with any sort of touch or unarmed strike ability. This class uses the first edition Pathfinder roleplaying game rules (found in the Core Rulebook) and Dreamscarred Press's psionics rule system (found in Ultimate Psionics).
