The Inheritors

From publisher blurb: Dear Aunt Agatha is dead, and she’s left the family farm in Kansas to a posse member. The lucky sod just has to go back to Kansas and sign a few papers for a one-way ticket to Easy Street. The arrangements only take a week to complete, so as long as the ranch isn’t haunted, no old feuds see fit to unearth themselves, and Black River doesn’t get a hankering for the family plot, everything should go off without a hitch, amigo. Better bring a few friends…just in case.
