From Introduction: The Heist is an introductory adventure for the Mutants & Masterminds Superhero Roleplaying Game designed for 4 PL 10 heroes, although it can be modified for a larger group or for lower-PL heroes. The heroes must thwart Rant and Rave, a brother/sister villain duo attempting to rob a bank in Freedom City with the aid of some hired muscle.
