User summary: Characters in The Heights all share nine "archetypes" (Sage, Face, Hero, Warrior, Rogue, Traveller, Tough, Fixer, and Sleuth) but each player ranks these archetypes, placing the most important ones last on the list of nine. The most significant archetypes provide the most bonus for opposed actions. The game assumes a multi-dimensional and multi-genre campaign, and whenever characters move from one locale to another they are given the opportunity to reorder their list of archetypes.
