User summary: This document presents an alternate process for rapidly generating characters. The major goal is to get new players with new characters into the game in about ten minutes, total. The result will be conformant with standard rules, but uses a variety of faster methods and random tables to lay down the bare bones of a character that is suitable for elaboration through play.
