The Gigantic Eye That Is Also An Aviary

From itch.io: In the clouds above the city, the crystalline eye of the Panoptic Aviary sees and remembers. Inside, a thousand birds report the gossip and rumours they have learnt on their travels throughout the human world and the scribes of The Order of Whispers write them down. Selling the knowledge to the highest bidder, The Order’s clients include members of the court, blackmailers of all sorts, detectives of the city, and the state security apparatus. What is it that takes you there today? The Gigantic Eye That Is Also An Aviary is a pocket place about a secret order of spies, their birds, and the giant floating eye they live in.
