From the introduction: In the vastness of The Artifact, there exist those communities separated from the main. These comminutes have their reasons, to avoid the war going on, to provide a service no one else could or maybe to hide from people in general. These communities see things that only they see. They are only whispered about in mainstream society. Some of these groups primarily operate out of the Methane Wastes, these communities are called The Fringe.
