The boxed set of Haven: The Free City includes over 100 described shops and shopkeepers, 60 random city street encounters, 300 non-player characters, 25 scenarios, an overview of the city along with terminology used, 7 booklets describing the 7 boroughs, 11 neighborhood maps, a poster-sized color map of the entire city showing landmarks. May be used as a stand alone or fit within a Thieves' World campaign. An earlier 128-page loose-leaf entitled "The Free City of Haven" contained much of the same material.
