The Drowned

From publisher blurb: Inspired by classic monsters like the Wraith and Attic Whisperer, this ghastly homebrew who steals the breath from your lungs is something I recently punished my players with; I share it here for you to do the same...if you dare! I had these unfortunate abominations anchored underwater and limited to a certain range to restrict their potential lethality for the swimming party, but feel free to place these unsettling waterlogged monstrosities wherever you see fit.
