Publisher's blurb: While most commoners have at least a staple and predictable if not boring and petty existence, there are other individuals that have live a more chaotic and unpredictable lifestyle in the urban setting. These individuals see life at its worse aspects and usually tend to make their homes in the alleyways or if they are lucky, abandoned shop fronts and half collapsed buildings scattered throughout the city. Forced to take up many of the rogue's ways of survival but lacking the full benefits of the character class, dregs are a staple find amongst the urban environment's impoverished and desperate. A dreg can be a good many number of things. Some simply take to begging while others earn their bread as harlots or through the meager profession of pick pocketing. Others may take to snitching, which often leads to them telling on individuals no better than their own self in hopes of gaining a bit of a reward from the local authorities. A few may make their way in life through simple con acts, using the trust of others to gain the benefits of petty but shady deals. Some dregs may also be the indentured servants or perhaps even virtual slaves of cruel masters or wealthier individuals.
