You are the lead researcher in a team of virologists working in the Centre for Disease Control. Over the past month, a potent virus has spread across the globe, infecting over 90% of the world’s populace. The virus’s symptoms are high fever, headaches, sensitivity to light, vomiting, seizures, and coma. Death occurs due to viral encephalitis within 48 hours. The dead rise.
