The Dead Councilor

From publisher blurb: The body of a member of the city council was found behind your inn last night. Predictably, the guard suspects your party. The guard left to watch you sits across the room, drinking an ale... The Dead Councilor can be used stand-alone or as part of the Free City of Raiderspoint Adventure Tome (AT-3 plus ONA-9 through ONA-12).
