From Introduction: The Consequence of Vice is a d20 fantasy adventure set in Green Ronin's city of Freeport. It is designed for 4-6 characters of 6th-8th level of experience. While GMs will find it helpful to own a copy of Freeport: The City of Adventure, it is not required to run this adventure. The Consequence of Vice can also be set other cities with just a little tweaking.
