From publisher blurb: A laboratory building is the target of sabotage and espionage during an extended period of unrest in the city. The PCs, employed by the lab as extra security during the citywide unrest, are tasked with helping with the defense of the building and are central to stopping the plot. The Concrete Maelstrom is a short, system-agnostic adventure designed for a group of beginning cyberpunk characters and intended to be the pilot for a new campaign. The adventure can be used with other genres with a little work, and includes a map, NPC stats, and suggestions for further adventures.
