From the introduction: Welcome to the City of Vor-Laran. This city was originally created for the Spelldancer Fantasy RPG by Gethsemane Games but can be slotted into most fantasy games and campaigns whatever rules set you use. The people and places here in are presented without statistics so you can customise them to your preferred system. In Spelldancer the city is located on the Southern boarder of the Empire’s western province in the provincial kingdom of Vosor- a state loyal to the Empire, and indeed it was here that the Empire was born.
