From the introduction: Restorative justice circles are becoming popular in schools, prisons, and communities all over the world. Instead of finding someone to blame and punish, the goal of an RJ Circle, as they are colloquially called, is to clear up bad feelings and reestablish trust. Consequences, if necessary, are focused on what is necessary to restore community trust.
