The rules are simple. 1. Each player is dealt seven card. 2. A player can either play a card or make a normal checkers move. Examples of cards are: Move two pieces one space each: Switch one of your pieces with one of you opponents piece: Turn any of your pieces into a king. 3. As per checkers rules, a move is defined as moving a space, a jump, a double jump, etc. Each deck contains two each of 17 individual cards for a total of 34 playing cards and one rules card.
