User Summary The Cardinal of the Kremlin is a management simulation based on the novel of the same name by Tom Clancy. The game puts the player into the position of a US Project leader charged with deploying a laser defence grid before the Russians. It is up to the player to use the available espionage resources to determine whether those they are dealing with are trustworthy or not.
