The Burning Earth: Arena

Set in a post apocalyptic wasteland that pits Champions against one another in a series of blood sports where they hunt down lawless Exiles who live beyond the rule of Those Above. Designed for Metahumans Rising, the setting forgoes the traditional superpowers for a gritty world of suffering and survival. The Burning Earth: Arena does not use the traditional character creation system. Instead, players use a life path to determine their Attributes, Talents, Boons, Fighting Style, and Gear. The Life Path generates characters on par with a Low Powered Hero. GMs may allow players to create traditional Low Powered characters. Includes Burning Earth setting with six unique regions New Life Path character creation method designed for the Burning Earth Three sample Arenas each with their own unique complications A host of new threats and antagonists for use with the Burning Earth setting, but 100% compatable with the core Metahumans Rising game.
