Is Leonora guilty by nature of being a witch in a closed-minded world? Was she a member of the Thread of the Moon? If she was, did making a couple of candles make her guilty of murder? How the players decide to deal with this is entirely on their shoulders, as are the consequences; the Brotherhood of Cain whom they work for has little say in the details of the work of its agents, other than the mandate to make problems go away.
