The Baldur's Gate Trilogy

From the introduction: “The Lord of Murder shall perish, but in his doom he shall spawn a score of mortal progeny. Chaos will be sewn from their passage. So sayeth the wise Alaundo.” It is the year 1368, Dale Reckoning. The Sword Coast is as turbulent a place as it has been for ages beyond count. Years have passed since the end of the Time Of Troubles, when gods walked the earth and brought their rivalries to a bitter, deadly end. Bhaal, the Lord Of Murder, perished during this conflict... but his evil did not end there.
