Publisher's blurb: The smell of fireworks still lingers in the air, a reminder of the stunning display that just took place above the tiled eaves of the manor house. In the courtyard below, a purple skinned woman with delicately curved horns glides dreamily between groups of guests to make small talk. Every one of them wears a mask. Heads turn as one of the house doors swings open and a guard briskly approaches the elegant woman. He leans in to whisper something and as he speaks the tension at the ball is shattered by the sound of a glass hitting the ground. Confusion spreads through the crowd as the horned woman gathers up her opulent skirts and dashes inside with the guard close behind. In this adventure, the players are members of a fledgling thieves’ guild looking to make a name for themselves with a daring heist. This adventure can be played as a one-shot, or as a continuation of the story told in Among Thieves: Cleaning House.
