From publisher blurb: Templates of Terrors is a companion to the monster book, Tome of Terrors. These SIX templates will allow players and Campaign Masters alike the ability to create unique variations of some of the creatures found in the Core Rules. It should also make "rolling up" a character of this kind slightly faster.
