Tempest

From publisher blurb: In years past, LORD TEMPEST was a classic, flamboyant villain. He loved the excitement and adventure. He loved matching wits and witty banter with the noble and colorful heroes. Win or lose, it was always how they all played the game - and what a delightfully glorious game it was. When violent vigilantes tracked him down and attacked him in his home, it resulted in the death of the love of his life. The fun and games were over. A terrifying TEMPEST appeared on the horizon!
