Publisher blurb: TekHL is intended to be a cyber-gothic horror setting utilizing the Mind's Eye Light RPG mechanic which favors narrative excitement over mechanics and rules. The setting presents the sprawling metropolis of TekHL (pronounced tech hell) where Cthulhoid monstrosities merge with cyberpunk systems. The characters are free to pursue their own goals which principally involves survival. The game book is unusual in being partially written in a narrative, fictional style, from which the setting can be extrapolated.
