User Summary: This core-rule book continues the Talislanta series, which is an alternative to D&D that unlike other systems and settings does not draw upon European mythology or rehash Tolkeinisms. It brought forward the time-line of the earlier editions and reworked the magical system. Characters are generated using a broad range of different archetypes based on the very different and unusal races that inhabit the world of Talislanta.
