Author Description: This is a 20+ page rules preview followed by a 20+ page adventure. The rules section outlays the fundamentals of role-play rules, character creation, and battles. The adventure describes a city on a fringe world where players may choose between three intertwined and hostile patrons: a church, a corporation, and a street gang. Player character advancement, vehicle battles, NPC creation, and other more advanced rules are not present. About Synthicide: Synthicide is set in a galaxy on the verge of collapse, where bullets are more common than food and equally essential for survival. A colossal gene war against mutants wiped out civilization, allowing a tech-cult to rise to power. In their new order, all humans and mutants are second-class citizens compared to priests and robots. The players take the roles of Shapers – free agent criminals doing dirty work to get by. The worst crime a Sharper can commit is Synthicide: the killing of a robot.
