Modern naval action in a comprehensible and easy to follow format. Player actions are command centric with respect to how much the player knows versus how much a real commander would know in a five minutes of time. No 1km tall admirals found here! Movement is simultaneous but combat is sequential and based on the color of playing card drawn; red or black. Roll 1d20 for combat and morale and six sided dice for damage. Hit location involved only for critical hits which are inflicted when an attack exceeds the minimum requirement for a critical hit. Aircraft and submarines are involved too. The original scale size is: 1 foot = 4 nautical miles. The recommended figure scale is 1/2400. The time scale is: 1 turn = 5 minutes. Playable on a table or a floor SBG allows for enough movement of vessels to allow meaningful changes in position within the play of the game.
