Sullied Waters

Publisher's blurb: A town of sea elves has been ruled over by a democratic council for centuries. It has been a place of peace — but now someone has killed a member of the council. To complicate matters, the murdered is undoubtedly someone else on the council. It’s up to the adventurers to figure out who the killer is and stop whatever nefarious plans they’re brewing.
