Subzero

From publisher blurb: The planet Icelis is a larger version of Europa: a world sheathed in thick ice with a liquid ocean teeming with life beneath. A scientific outpost established to study this wondrous environment instead finds something from the watery depths determined to kill everyone involved and destroy everything they’ve done…and the heroes might not be enough to stop it! Subzero is a short adventure for Cepheus Engine, Cepheus Deluxe, and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game (OSFRPG.)
