Subrace: Highland Elves

From publisher blurb: Highland elves are a race of fey-kin that settle disputes through gentile athletic duels of boxing, sharpshooting, or other such sport. Their magic is expressed through the strength of their arms, allowing these pixie-like people to trade blows with giants on equal terms, even if just for a limited time. In addition to the elven subrace, you'll find five new weapons the highland elves love to kill with!
