Stellar Monarch

Stellar Monarch is a space empire builder (4X, space empire builder, for PC) with focus on: 1) You being the Emperor (audiences, edicts, imperial court, assassins) 2) No micromanagement (you don’t deal with low level stuff) 3) Asymmetric gameplay (computer plays by different rules, different starting conditions, different goals, etc) Formerly known as Pocket Space Empire when the game was in Early Access.
