Starts With is a fantastic "what do words begin with" game. The object of the game is to complete your category list as quickly as possible. Your category list might contain such categories as boys names, musicians or countries and you spin the spinner to select a letter. The aim is then to find a word in that category that starts with that letter...boys names begining with S (not too hard) or musicians beginning with E (a bit harder).
