StarRisk Dice Mechanic

From publisher blurb: One of the drop in resolution sub-systems for StarCluster 3, In Harm's Way: StarCluster, and Commonwealth Space. The StarRisk Sub‐System uses a d10 to play, although the die is only rolled if the player wishes to risk failure, and only if the character does risk failure. All rolls are made with d10, and the Sub‐system uses the StarRisk Character Sheet along with the Character Generation Worksheet.
