Starfall

From publisher blurb: The daoren are offered a rush mission to locate a crashed satellite and return the data drives to their contact. Easy, right? Not when the satellite landed in the interior of the Baja Peninsula, one of the most isolated, lawless, dangerous places on 2050s Earth. The group quickly discovers that completing their mission means threading the needle between frightened, xenophobic villagers and the military strongman that rules them. They might also find that death comes quickly in the searing Baja wastelands. Starfall is a cyberpunk adventure for New World: 2D6 Adventure in a Cyberpunk America, which uses the Cepheus Engine, Cepheus Deluxe, and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game rules.
