Spriggans

From publisher blurb: Within the new age of the world, there are a few fey who have been called to the spirit of adventure, but none quite as remarkable as the Spriggan race. Spriggans are a people that stand out because of their diminutive size, being a tiny people standing among much larger creatures. Having become acclimated to cities and urban areas and other aspects of civilization, they are rare, but not so rare that it would be shocking to run into members of this tiny race.
