User Summary SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, Pants! is an adventure title based on the SpongeBob SquarePants television series. In the game, the popular television series “The New Adventures of Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy” is in trouble. The cast has not shown up, and it is up to SpongeBob to find a replacement cast before the show is taken off the air! Unlike in the console versions, gameplay is single-player only. The player controls SpongeBob and explores Bikini Bottom looking for potential actors for the show. When he meets a candidate, he must convince them to join the cast. At several points a mini-game must be completed to advance the story. The PC version of the game differs significantly from both the Gameboy Advance and home console versions, which are platformer and party games, respectively.
