Spies in Shanghai is a party game for 4-8 players within 15 minutes. Players are either CCP Spies or KMT Secret Agents in Shanghai city in 1930s. Spies need to collect classified files after exchanging information. Be aware of assassination, steal, and leak from under covered Secret Agents. There are 8 character cards and 10 information cards in the game. Everyone randomly chooses 1 character and 1 information card. He/she doesn't know each other in the beginning. There are two rounds of exchanging information phase and then the head of spies needs to reveal himself and find other underground spies.
