From Introduction: The Jeshatan have mastered many kinds of spells, one of which are Spells of Stealth. Stealth is one of the twelve great schools of their Arcane Collection. They are taught at a very young age, and nearly all of them know at least some, while their spies and diplomats have essentially mastered all of them before they are allowed to wander about on the Prime Material Planes.
